연구실 소개

김영삼 교수의 연구실은 중환자실에서의 예후 예측 및 감염성 질환의 생물학적 마커 탐색에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 C-반응성단백질/알부민 비율, 미성숙 호산구 수치, 다제내성 아세티노박터 바우마니이의 위험 인자 분석 등을 통해 중증 환자의 예후를 정량적으로 평가하고자 합니다. 또한 심부전, 감염, 수술 후 합병증과 같은 임상적 문제에 대한 생물학적 지표와 모델링 기반의 진단·치료 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

The fluoroquinolone trovafloxacin was bactericidal (0.47 +/- 0.23 delta log10 CFU/ml x h after 10 mg/kg of body weight and 0.78 +/- 0.15 delta log10 CFU/ml x h after 30 mg/kg) in the treatment of experimental meningitis caused by a highly penicillin-resistant (MIC and minimum bactericidal concentration = 4 and 4 microg/ml) strain of Streptococcus pneumoniae. Hydroxy Acid Excretion in Steatorrhea of Pancreatic and Nonpancreatic Origin

Although fecal hydroxy fatty acids are known to be increased in steatorrhea, we found this increase to be inconstant in different types of steatorrhea. In eight normal subjects, hydroxy acids were undetectable in three and in no case exceeded 1.2 per cent of total fecal fatty acids.
