연구실 소개
송영신 교수의 연구실은 갑상선암의 분자유전학적 기반을 규명하고, 특히 TERT 프로모터 변이와 BRAF, RAS 등 주요 유전자 변이가 갑상선암의 진행과 예후에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 다양한 유전자 변이의 상호작용, 특히 MAPK 경로와 연관된 전사 인자(Ets)를 통한 분자 기전 규명에도 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 갑상선암의 종양 미세환경과 호르몬 반응성에 대한 기초 연구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다. 이는 임상적 예후 예측 및 개인화된 치료 전략 개발에 기여할 수 있는 핵심 연구 분야입니다.
