연구실 소개
김영석 교수의 연구실은 초등 학령기 어린이의 독해 및 작문 능력 발달을 중심으로, 읽기 유창성, 어휘력, 청취 이해, 음운 인식 등 기초 어휘 및 언어 능력이 독해와 작문에 어떻게 기여하는지 다각도로 연구합니다. 특히 읽기 유창성(구어 및 黙독)과 작문 평가의 다차원적 구조를 규명하고, 언어 능력과 인지 기초 능력 간의 상관관계를 임상적·통계적 모델링을 통해 분석합니다. 연구는 주로 초등학교 1~3학년 학생을 대상으로 한 종단적 데이터를 기반으로 하며, 교육적 실천에 기여할 수 있는 정밀한 평가 체계 개발을 목표로 합니다.
