연구실 소개
김영태 교수의 연구실은 자궁경부암, 난소암, 자궁내막암을 포함한 여성 생식기 암의 발 cancer 기전과 치료 내성 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 바이러스 유전체(HPV)와 세포 주기 조절 장애, 유전자 및 에피유전적 변화가 암 진행에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 신약 내성 예측 마커 및 영양 상태 평가 지표를 통한 생존 예측 모델 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 로봇 수술 기반의 정확한 스테이징 수술 기법의 임상적 타당성 검증도 함께 진행 중입니다.

PURPOSE: To demonstrate the feasibility of robot-assisted staging surgery using three arms in patients with endometrial cancer. METHODS: One hundred nine patients with clinical stage I endometrial cancer who underwent staging surgery at Yonsei University Health System were enrolled from May 2006 to January 2009. Patient demographics and operative outcomes were prospectively collected. RESULTS: Robotic surgery using three arms was performed in 28 patients, laparoscopy in 25, and laparotomy in 56.
