연구실 소개
김영돈 교수의 연구실은 신생아 호흡기질환의 조기 예측 및 뇌·척추 질환의 해부학적 특성과 영상유도 생체내 대사검사 기반 진단 기법 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 저체중 아기의 임상적 호흡기 변수를 기반으로 한 질환 예측 스코어링 시스템 개발과 함께, 척추 및 뇌간 주변 해부학적 변형의 진단적 의의를 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 1.5T MRI를 활용한 척수 종양의 생체내 대사유도스펙트럼(MRS) 분석을 통해 종양과 유사한 병변을 구별할 수 있는 임상적 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.

We present two rare cases of anomalous vertebral artery (VA) with retroesophageal right subclavian artery. It appeared that acquisition of in vivo 1H-NMR signals was possible in human spinal mass lesions on a 1.5 T clinical MRI unit. Detection of choline only in the spinal tumors may indicate that there is some potential in using in vivo 1H-MRS to distinguish spinal tumors from disc herniation mimicking spinal cord tumors, non-multiple sclerosis myelitis, and dermoid cysts.
