연구실 소개
김영곤 교수의 연구실은 간세포생식성암(HCC) 및 간전이성 종양의 정밀 진단을 목표로, 고해상도 MRI 영상 기반 진단 기법과 유전자 분석을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 간질환 환자에서의 조기 암 진단을 위해 gadoxetic acid 및 SPIO 등 특수 대조제를 활용한 MRI 영상 분석과 함께, 유전적 요인과 영상 소견 간의 연관성을 규명하는 다학제적 접근을 선도하고 있습니다. 병리학적 진단과 영상 소견의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 보다 정확한 진단 및 예후 예측 모델 개발에 기여하고 있습니다.

Most cancer cells show resistance to ionizing radiation (IR)-induced cell death. Recently, Ki-Ras was reported to be responsible for the increased radioresistance.
