연구실 소개

김영훈 교수의 연구실은 생물학적 분자와 나노구조재료의 상호작용을 중심으로, 질병의 면역학적 기전 규명과 첨단 소재 설계에 이르기까지 다학제적 접근을 펼칩니다. 특히 공기 중 미세먼지에 포함된 박테리아 유래 외소포가 폐염증 및 천식과 관련이 있는지 규명하고, 항원에 대한 면역 톨러런스의 손상 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 동시에 금속 단백질의 정밀 라벨링 기술과 유기발광소재의 나노조직 제어를 통해 유전자 공학 및 유기전계소자 응용 기술의 기초를 다지고 있습니다.

Negative Roles of Salt in Gelation Properties of Fish Protein Isolate

Salt effect on gelling properties of fish protein isolate (FPI) prepared by acid- and alkali-aided extraction was investigated. Acid- or alkali-extracted FPI formed significantly better gel texture with 0% NaCl than with 3% NaCl. Abstract The aerobic oxidation of 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) into 2,5‐furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA), a bio‐based plastic monomer, is an important process for the valorization of biomass. The Relationship Between Smartphone Addiction And Academic Engagement of Specialized High School Students

이 연구는 특성화고등학교 학생의 스마트폰 중독을 예방하고 그들의 수업몰입을 높이기 위하여 수행되었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 스마트폰 중독 측정 도구(15문항)와 수업 몰입 측정 도구(21문항)로 구성된 설문지를 통해 전국 5개 권역 13개교 특성화고등학교 학생 1,014명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고등학교 학생들의 스마트폰 중독위험군이 일반 고등학교 학생들의 스마트폰 중독위험군보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 스마트폰 중독위험군은 여학생의 스마트폰 중독 비율이 남학생보다 높게 나타났다. 학년이 낮을수록 스마트폰 중독 1요인(일상생활장애)이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전공에 따른 스마트폰 중독 수준은 건축·토목 전공 학생들이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 특성화고등학교 학생들의 수업 몰입은 보통 수준으로 나타났다. 행동몰입은 높은 수준이었으며 인지 몰입, 감정 몰입은 보통 수준이었다. 성별에 따라서는 수업 몰입은 차이가
