연구실 소개
이영준 교수의 연구실은 뇌혈관 질환의 진단 및 치료에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 척추동맥 및 경동맥의 외상성 손상, 동맥류, 정맥 혈전증 등 혈관성 뇌질환의 혈관내 치료와 영상 유도 진단 기법을 연구하고 있습니다. 고해상도 MRI 및 혈관 영상 기술을 기반으로 뇌혈관 이상의 기능적 및 구조적 변화를 정밀하게 분석하며, 특히 조기 출생아의 뇌 신경망 구조적 비대칭성과 뇌허혈 상태의 영상적 탐지에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이는 뇌혈관 질환의 조기 진단과 개인화된 치료 전략 수립에 기여합니다.

15The author's experience demonstrates that endovascular therapy using stents and coils is both feasible and safe in the treatment of traumatic vertebral artery injuries. Endovascular therapy selectively eliminated the vascular abnormality while maintaining the normal patency of the cerebral arteries. Long-term follow-up review of these repairs will be necessary to provide a full evaluation of the safety and efficacy of these devices.
