본 연구에서는 상황 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략 이론(SCCT)의 책임성에 바탕을 둔 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략과 우리나라 공중이 선호하는 사과 전략의 결합을 모색해보았다. 즉 SCCT에서 제안하는 바와 같이 책임성에 바탕을 둔 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략을 구사하되, SCCT와는 달리 사과 전략을 수용적 전략의 일부로써가 아니라 모든 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략에 함께 포함되어야 할 필수요소로 간주하였다. 따라서 기업의 책임성이 낮은 경우 방어적 전략과 사과 전략을 함께 구사하고 기업의 책임성이 높은 경우 다른 수용적 전략과 사과 전략을 함께 구사하여, 사과 전략의 유무가 공중의 책임귀인 및 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략 수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 책임귀인 변인을 요인분석을 통해 도의적 책임귀인과 실제적 책임귀인으로 나눈 후 가설 검증을 실시한 결과, 도의적 책임귀인에 대해 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략(방어적/수용적)과 사과 전략(유/무) 간에 상호작용 효과가 있었다. 즉 방어적 커뮤니케이션 전

지금까지 반 대기업 정서에 대한 학술적 선행연구는 국내외를 막론하고 드문 편이다. 특히 기업의 위기 상황에서 반 대기업 정서가 어떠한 영향력을 발휘하는지에 대한 선행연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구는 경영 및 산업 분야에서 우리나라 기업 활동에 장애 요인으로 지적되어온 반 대기업 정서가 위기 상황에서 공중의 사과 수용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구결과 반 대기업 정서는 공중의 사과 수용 정도에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 상당한 설명력을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 삼성과 농심의 경우에 유사하게 나타났는데, 기업 규모로 비교한다면 삼성이 훨씬 큰 기업인 데도 영향력과 설명력의 크기 면에서 비슷한 결과가 나타났다. 반 대기업 정서와 함께 살펴본 반 부자 정서의 경우 단독으로는 삼성과 농심 두 기업 모두의 위기 상황에서 사과 수용 정도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 다른 변인들과 함께 분석했을 때 사과 수용 정도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 한편 위기

This study examines how an organization's access to the media reflects two sets of influences—its public relations (PR) expertise and legitimacy. A context of stem cell and the cloning debate is used to test the relationships. Two surveys and a content analysis show that the legitimacy of sources perceived by journalists has an impact on the regularity and valence of those sources' media coverage, whereas the PR expertise of sources does not have an impact on any of the media access indicators.
