연구실 소개
최영록 교수의 연구실은 장기 이식, 특히 간 이식 분야에서의 임상적 성과와 수술 기술의 혁신을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 라파로스코픽 기반의 생체 기증자 간 절제술(PLDRH)의 안정성과 학습곡선 분석을 통해 수술의 안전성과 효율성을 높이는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 간 이식 후 병변 예측 및 해부학적 특성과의 연관성 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 바이러스성 간염을 앓는 기증자에서 온 간 이식 graft의 활용 가능성에 대해서도 임상적 데이터를 바탕으로 연구하고 있습니다.

This study reports our experience using deceased donor liver grafts from HBsAg-positive donors. BACKGROUND: This study evaluated the timing of safe introduction of total laparoscopic donor right hepatectomy (TLDRH) based on outcomes of laparoscopic major hepatectomy (LMH). METHODS: The data of 1013 consecutive patients who underwent laparoscopic liver resection from 2003 to 2017 were reviewed; the cumulative sum method was used to evaluate the learning curve of LMH. Surgery yielded greater growth improvement than dietary management. However, after PCS, metabolic abnormalities remained unresolved, and the de novo HCA rate was high.
