연구실 소개
박영석 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 신경내분비 tumor(NET), 간장암 및 위암과 같은 소화기계 암의 분자생물학적 기전과 치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 KRAS 돌연변이가 전이성 대장암 환자의 재발과 생존에 미치는 영향, ATM 단백질의 전이 예측 가능성, 그리고 신경내분비 tumor의 임상적 특성과 치료 결과에 대한 종합적 분석을 통해 개인화된 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 신약 임상시험의 안전성 및 약물 동태학적 특성에 대한 연구를 통해 신체적 부담을 최소화하면서도 효과적인 치료법을 모색하고 있습니다.
