방영석 교수의 연구실은 모바일 및 온라인 채널 간 소비자 행동의 차이를 분석하며, 특히 모바일 채널의 도입이 제품 유형에 따라 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 중점을 둡니다. 기술 수용 이론과 소비자 행동 이론을 기반으로 하여 모바일 쇼핑, ERP 시스템 사용 지속의도, AI 기반 서비스 채택 동기 등 다양한 디지털 전환 현상을 탐구합니다. 대규모 실거래 데이터와 구조적 방정식 모델링을 활용한 실증 연구가 특징입니다.
