연구실 소개

김윤정 교수의 연구실은 미생물의 병원성 조절 메커니즘과 항생제 저항성의 분자 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 퀴로움 센싱 시스템을 통해 병원성 박테리아의 병원성 인자 발현을 조절하는 핵심 단백질인 SmcR의 구조 기반 기전 규명에 주력하고 있으며, 이는 새로운 항균제 개발의 기초가 됩니다. 또한, 인간 생체 내 단백질과 분자의 상호작용을 정밀하게 감지할 수 있는 광학 프로브 개발 및 천연물에서 새로운 대사 효소 억제제를 도출하는 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

조선후기 嫁母・出母 담론과 그 예학적 성격

嫁母・出母는 아버지와의 의리가 끊어진 어머니라는 점에서 은혜와 의리가 상충되는 대상이었고 그만큼 예의 실천을 둘러싸고 많은 논의들이 진행되었다. 성종대 再嫁女 자손의 관직 진출이 규제되면서 양반층에게 여성의 재가는 매우 부정적으로 받아들여졌다. 출모 논의는 왕실의 廢妃를 중심으로 이루어졌는데, 폐비 신씨를 통해 죄 없이 쫓겨나는 출모에 대한 인식이 나타나고 있었다. 조선전기 양반 여성의 改嫁가 금지되고 이혼이 억제되는 상황에서 가모・출모에 대한 논의는 제한적으로 이루어지고 있었다. 17세기 이후 병자호란으로 인한 被擄婦女를 失節・改嫁한 것으로 간주하면서, 그녀들과의 이혼이나 그 자손들의 관직 진출과 관련하여 여러 논의들이 이루어졌다. 양반층에서는 자체적으로 피로부녀를 出妻함으로써, 특권 집단의 도덕과 의리를 재확인하고 자신들의 신분적 지위를 유지하고자 하였다. 따라서 수많은 피로부녀들은 실절로 인해 남편과 의리가 끊어진 가모나 출모로 간주되었다. 또한 전쟁 이후 조선 사회 내부에서는

조선중기 가묘제와 여성제례의 변화

이 논문은 주자학적 의례의 핵심인 가묘제를 중심으로 여성과 관련된 제사의례의 변화를 고찰하였다. 종법적인 가묘제의 실천은 양측적 친족질서에 기반한 여성의 사회적 지위와 충돌을 일으켰고 이러한 갈등을 해소하기 위해 다양한 예학적 논의가 이루어졌다. 유교화 이전 조선사회에서 딸과 총부에 의한 제사는 관행적으로 이루어졌다. 그러나 여성은 가묘를 세우고 신주에 방제할 수 없다는 점에서 이러한 관행은 예학적인 비판을 받았다. 이에 입후를 통한 제사와 가묘의 승계가 중시되면서 여성의 봉사권은 입후를 기다리는 동안의 임시적인 것으로 제한되었다. 가묘제에서 여성의 제향자로서의 위치는 의제적 관계에 의해 결정되었다. 아버지 생존 시에는 가묘의 주인인 아버지가 망처의 상제를 담당하였다. 무후로 사망한 전모와 계모도 아버지의 적처로 인정되어 가묘의 주인인 승중의자에게 어머니로서 제사를 받게 되었다. 혼인한 여성은 남편과 함께 부계의 가묘에 제향되어야 했으므로 본종의 동성부녀에 대한 제사권은 제한되었다.
