연구실 소개
이 교수의 연구실은 퇄관절 퇴행성 질환, 특히 관절염과 뼈괴사의 분자 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 지방호르몬인 아디포넥틴과 단백질 키나제 R(PKR) 등이 관절연골의 대사 균형에 미치는 영향을 규명하며, 염증 반응과 세포 외기질 분해를 조절하는 분자 경로를 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한, 면역 반응과 관련된 유전자 다형성 및 염증 마커와의 연관성 연구를 통해 질병의 예후 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.
