연구실 소개

방윤주 교수의 연구실은 유전적 변이와 관련된 유방암 및 위암의 분자 기전을 규명하고, 특히 BRCA1/2 유전자 변이가 유방암 발생에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 유전체학적 접근을 통해 조기 진단 및 개인 맞춤 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 비만락성 유방암 병변의 수술 전 정확한 국소화를 위한 신소재 기반 영상 유도 방법(예: ICG-하이알루론산 혼합물)의 임상적 유효성 평가에도 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 유전자 변이의 임상적 의미 재평가 및 유전 상담 기반 예방 전략 수립을 위한 정밀의료 기반 연구가 핵심입니다.

In order to explore the role of ras oncogene in gastric carcinomas from Korean patients, we examined the frequency of point mutations all three ras oncogenes (Ki-, Ha-, and N-ras).
