연구실 소개

정윤서 교수의 연구실은 소아외과 분야에서 로봇 수술의 안정성과 가능성을 입증하며, 특히 복잡한 수술 환경에서의 로봇 수술 적용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 동시에 의료 영상 기술 분야에서는 저선량 X선 영상으로 고해상도 3D CT 영상을 복원하는 혁신적인 디퓨전 모델 DX2CT를 개발하여 방사선 노출을 최소화하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 혈관 내 필터의 합병증 대응을 위한 수술적 치료 사례 분석을 통해 임상적 문제 해결에도 기여하고 있습니다.

Robotic surgeries in pediatric patients: an early experience in a single center

Our early experience demonstrated the safety and feasibility of RS in children with a range of diagnoses and complicated procedures. With more experience, RS could be an alternative to traditional open or laparoscopic operations in pediatric patients. Further studies are needed to clarify indications of pediatric RS.

An inferior vena cava filter (IVCF) is a medical device inserted into the inferior vena cava (IVC) to prevent pulmonary embolism by capturing blood clots before they reach the pulmonary arteries. However, long-lasting IVCFs can be complicated by penetration into adjacent organs. A 68-year-old man was found to have an IVCF strut in the duodenum during a routine gastroduodenoscopy. He had undergone prophylactic IVCF placement 10 years earlier following a severe car accident. Open surgical removal
