연구실 소개

허윤욱 교수의 연구실은 첨단 금속 소재의 강도와 연성의 최적 균형을 달성하기 위한 신소재 설계 및 나노구조 제어를 핵심으로 합니다. 특히 고엔트로피 합금과 상분리를 통한 나노스케일 강화 메커니즘, 전자 회절 및 EELS를 활용한 정밀한 상 분석 기법 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 고알루미늄 스틸에서의 상형성 및 미세구조 제어를 통해 고성능 철계 합금의 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 특히, 전자현미경 기반 정밀 분석을 통해 나노미세구조의 기계적 거동을 이해하고자 하는 응용 기반 연구가 두드러집니다.

Two thickness measurement methods using an electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) and 10a convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED) were compared in an Fe-18Mn-0.7C alloy. The thin foil specimen was firstly tilted to satisfy 10a two-beam condition.
