본 연구는 교대근무를 하는 기혼 간호사들의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립 갈등이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 대학병원 2곳, 종합병원 7곳에서 근무하는 자녀가 있는 기혼 간호사 159명이었으며, 자가 보고식 설문지를 통해 양육스트레스, 일-가정 양립갈등, 삶의 질을 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수(correlation coefficient), 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 일반적 특성과 직무 관련 특성에 따른 삶의 질 차이를 분석한 결과, 양육에 대한 주양육자 지지 만족도, 양육에 대한 직장동료 지지 만족도, 자녀 양육문제로 사직 고민 경험 여부, 한 달 평균 야간 근무 횟수, 직무 만족도에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 삶의 질에 미치는 요인으로는 양육스트레스, 일-가정 양립 갈등, 직무 만족도 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 53%였다. 기혼 간
